I have not had a strap on yet (I think that is going to change soon) and I was curious which techniques I should use? Should I concentrate on just trying to keep it in my ass or should i push it in and out like i'm being fucked? Lol, i've been having trouble keeping it in. Thanks a lot!

you see how they take it in the movies do ti that wya but practice with a dildo . i ahve taken it bye 2 differant mistresses they busy fucking me then worrying about holding it but most don't sue oen to big till they work you very well

Funnily enough, in my (limited) experience in this area, its not what you do with your bottom, its what you do with your mouth, that counts

Lots and lots of "ooows" "oooo"s, "ahhhh"s and "OMG"s had better be coming out of that mouth!! And maybe some grunts and groans and eager wiggles for good measure!

There's nothing worse (I think) than a stoic bloke waiting still on all fours in silence while you are back there struggling to insert a slippery damn dildo and trying to be all hot and toppy without getting a sticky mix of lube and poo all over your dainty hands......its bloody hard work!!!.

Don't worry about keeping it in if she's driving it in and out of you... let her control the actual rhythm. Over-thinking kinda ruins things, i think. If it hurts, pull away a bit, and let her force you to come back to take it. If you enjoy it, open yourself up to her, and move with the thrusting like a good little slut. Since it sounds like you're inexperienced, if you're practicing solo, experiment with "bearing down" and relaxing with the thrusts to see which you like better, and what feels right, rather than concentrating on holding it in.
