Best thing about tgirls is the half-way in between status. Good-looking (eye of the beholder), sexy, with breasts and penis... can be great. Add in being submissive, and it can put a smile on a dom(me)... providing of course that there's more than just the physical to the attraction. For myself, I like beautiful girls, but I also like people who are very submissive. And the submissiveness, trust, and creative kinkiness turns me on far more than the physical beauty. That being said, ugliness (i.e., not taking care of yourself), being extremely fat, being mean spirited, or grudging in respect or non-caring... and you're unattractive to me no matter how sexy your exterior.

Emotionally, philosophically, and socially, I would be perfectly happy to date a trans-girl, pre or post op, assuming our personalities mesh well. I find in practice, however, that the hormonal treatments most trans individuals must go through really confuse the chemistry of the situation. A lot about being attracted to a person isn't about their equipment or how they look, but about whether I want to touch them, and kiss them, and yes, fuck them. It's chemistry, pheremones, whatever you want to call it. I have yet to meet a trans individual for whom I feel that kind of attraction, although I have certainly forged meaningful emotional connections. It is also possible that my body is reacting to some sort of unconscious social hang up and it has nothing to do with unusual chemistry. Still, I will not rule out meeting and dating trans-individuals, even if nothing ever develops into a serious relationship.

The most important thing is compatibility. The depth and intensity of the interaction could vary from no interest to intense interest. I'd evaluate each person as I encountered them.
