ok here goes, i've kept tabs on this thread for last week or so and response is slow. Maybe im gonna be ya best bet? maybe i wont! Im a tax advisor in the U.K. Ok so im not tin the U.S, but i do have extensive knowledge not only in U.K tax law but in international tax law as well. My background. I am employed by one of the top 4 companies in the U.K, which is also an established firm in the states. I will not disclose which company, so pls do not ask. I will however be willing to give my phone number and/or e-mail, whichever you think decide. If i cant answer your question straight away i will ge back to you within a day or so. Like i say i work for a large firm, with international tax experience. Pls send me a private msg when/if you decide to to put forward the question(s) you have! I'm sure you both know the expence that can be incurred in visiting a tax advisor. I will support any advice that i give you with the relevant paperwork/sources etc. If by chance you have already received advice, and you would like a 2nd opinion, again, dont hesitate to ask me if you wish! (after all, if im to give you advice and you asked some one else for a 2nd opinion i would understand why)
