The answer is simple: the nipple is a pleasure-point--an area where the body responds more readily than any other. By gaging my sub's reactions, her whimpers, and physical movements, I know exactly when to apply the pressure or pinches to her nipples to accentuate her pleasure. Funny that this topic gets tossed around every 4 or 5 months or so. Like so many others have said, it's partly the pain & the fact that even though it hurts he has complete control of me.
