Dear Masters:
I just wanted to know how to start a BDSM Community? I live in Honduras and its hard to find Doms and subs.  What ideas can you give me in order to start a group from zero. Watching this CM group is like eating bread in front of starving kids.
Regards,
Signus

A few suggestions:

--Start a webpage or Yahoo Group.  It's free and will give people a place to contact you.
--Advertise here and on other lifestyle-friendly sites.
--E-mail other people on this site, ALT.com, bondage.com who live in Honduras, introducing yourself and your idea.

Be patient and persistent and you can probably get it done.  Good Luck.

You may also want to check your country's laws. Some countries are not as liberal or are more liberal than others.

Some sites you do not have to pay to join and I would start there.  Can find out if they have anybody near you from a free search.  If there are enough people near you, you can pay to join and write them and ask if they would be interested in such a community and give them another way to contact you then leave that site.  I would suggest that as one of the easiest.  After checking the laws of your country might want to review other group names and add yours to yahoo groups or wherever you can find others listed.

While not a master,

Definately check the laws and if you know of any groups anywhere that you have enjoyed, get in touch with the people who run them. They may be willing to give you tips and help you get started.

Get a good investigator and get everything you can on local officials.  Then if they object, you can use the information to persuade them that objections are, shall we say, unwise.
