Tightly wrapping the shaft, and keeping the recipient fully aroused for periods of time.  How long is too long?  How tight is too tight?  Can climax safely be forced through such a binding?
    thank you

are good indicators of when it's time to let the binding loose.
You will find, that in most instances, about 15 mins is as long as you should go.  And, you can test this by feeling the scrotal sack and checking the color and the look of the veins.  When the scrotal sack becomes cool to the touch and purplish/blue.....time to cut it lose.  Otherwise you will find yourself with some busted blood vessels.
Those who have been conditioned and the veins have become stretched over time, can go a little longer.
Also, the tighter the binding, the less likely they are to go for any lenght of time.  Remember, you are cutting off circulation and forcing blood INTO the area with an erection.  In other words, you are putting blood in and not letting it out.

You can unwrap....allow some circulation to flow...then rewrap for another 15 mins or until cool to the touch.  Whichever comes first.  Some novices can barely go that long.

As for climaxing, it can be done and usually won't cause any issues.  However, the wrap should be removed immediately to allow any sperm that didn't make it out to flow and clear the sperm tube from the testicles.
Other than that...Have fun!!

They sell parachutes that are safe..why not opt for the 30 dollars to be safe?  Then you would'nt even have to worry.

If the parachute is carrying weights...he must deal with the same issue.  However, the less weights, the longer he can probably endure.  The color and temperature meter still apply.  Also, the methodology I describe is good for any type of c&b bondage.
