I have noticed that there seems to be a vast interest in the concepts of teasing and denial and the use of chastity belts to control the sexual drive of men. Now it seems that while there are many who may indeed experience it in the real world, and those to which it is merely a fantasy, there also seems to be many people who only have the internet to turn to in order to make their fantasies a reality. For some this may take the form of serving another using the Internet, phone calls, and letters while for others such service may take the form of self chastisement, possibly with the utilization of a professional key-holder service. Unfortunately there seems to be more fantasy based information rather then factual based. So I decided to sit down and do a little research and try and put together a resource for the beginner and experience alike. I am trying to utilize it so that this information can be of use to those who are actively engaged with a partner as well as for those who must do it themselves. It is also my hope that this document will be of use to those who are in long distance type relationships. I want to start by providing a brief overview of the male reproductive system. After all this is, in essence, what is being locked away, teased, or otherwise controlled and it seems somewhat important to know a little bit about it. The male reproductive system is made up of the testicles, duct system, vas deferens, accessory glands, and penis. The testis, or testicles, are responsible for the production of viable sperm and are located outside of the body cavity. While this does make them vulnerable for attack the distance form the abdominal cavity is necessary to provide a temperature ideal for such production. On average they tend to be 3 degree Celsius below body temperature. The testicles also produce some hormones, including testosterone which facilitates male maturation during puberty. The duct system is how sperm is transported from the testicles to the accessory glands and out the penis. Sperm travels up through the Epididymis to the Ductus Deferens. At this stage the sperm is incapable of fertilization. The Ductus Deferens travels to the Seminal Vesicles. It is in the Seminal Vesicles that the sperm is provided protein and energy making them more mobile and viable. These proteins also cause coagulation of semen after ejaculation. Now many who have done even a bit of research about orgasm denial have probably found the prostate mentioned several times. In fact, we will discuss this little gland a bit later as a means of causing ejaculation with out orgasm. For now, it is important to know that the prostate is a firm, dense structure located near the urinary bladder. It can be reached through the anus and its secretions are thin, alkaline and milky in color and provide further mobility of sperm. It is joined to the Seminal Vesicles by the Ejaculatory Duct and it is here that the seminal fluids are stored in preparation for release during sexual intercourse or masturbation. Though some seminal fluid is provided by the Bulbourethral Glands located at the base of the penis, the seminal fluid, or semen, is mostly mixed here and it is here that it is possible to cause ejaculation without orgasm. Now that we have the basics of who the male reproduction system works, let us work on another logical aspect of control. The means of increasing the sperm load, thereby adding to the level of frustration. Now, one means of increasing the sperm level is already handled by simple orgasm denial, however, there are other means to help increase these levels as well. Simple diet and vitamin supplements can go help to increase the body’s natural sperm production levels. A diet that is low in fat and high in vegetables, whole grains, fish and poultry can help to keep you fit and keeps your body producing at maximum efficiency. It also helps to drink about ½ your body weight in ounces of water daily. You should also avoid saturated fats and hydrogenated oils like butter and margarine and instead use olive oil in cooking. While we are on the subject of diet, it is important to know that smoking and alcohol both can negatively affect the production level of sperm. Studies show that men who smoke not only suffer a 20% reduction of sperm, the sperm produced also is smaller and more sluggish then those produced by men who do not smoke. Now, alcohol affects production levels for another reason. It affects the liver, which in turn increases estrogen levels within the body. This means that estrogen, not testosterone, is collecting in higher levels in the body and that retards production levels. Vitamins can also help to produce an increase in sperm production. A good multivitamin supplement meant to aid in prostate health will work well, but if you are the do-it-yourself kind of person here is a list of some vitamins that research shows can aid in sperm production. As always, before you go too far into a vitamin regimen you should consult your doctor. In this case, consulting an Urologist may prove helpful. • Arginine – Considered to be a sperm enhancer this vitamin is found naturally in nuts, sesame seeds, eggs and meat. • Coenzyme – Is useful in increasing sperm count and motility. • L-Carnitine – This is required for normal sperm production • Selenium – Is useful for increasing sperm motility. • Vitamin B-12 – Is useful to help correct low sperm counts and, even if no correction is needed, can be helpful in maintaining a good sperm count. • Zinc – This is required by the body to maintain a healthy reproductive system and sperm production. Of course, these are only some of many means of increasing sperm production and frustration. There are also the old fashioned techniques of teasing and arousal but for those serving long distance, such means may not be possible. Still, the means of further frustrating a chastised male is limited only be the imagination and you should feel free to be creative in this regards. Of course, part of the idea of orgasm denial is to deny the submissive of their orgasms. However, it is not healthy to allow build up of fluids for long periods of time. While such build ups do add to the frustration, it is also necessary to relieve the pressure from time to time. Recent evidence has suggested that men who ejaculate 5 times a week between the ages of 20 to 50 are 40% less likely to develop prostate cancer. The theory behind such research suggests that a build up of natural carcinogens may increase the risk of prostate cancer. While there is currently no concrete evidence to support these theories, sometimes it is better to err on the side of caution. Thus it is recommended that you allow ejaculation from time to time. A good means of measuring the maximized sexual frustration to necessity of ejaculation is to monitor nocturnal emissions. A slow means of determination would be to start allow an ejaculation starting after one week, then increasing the duration between ejaculations by one week until either a ‘wet dream’ occurs or you have reached a period of 3 months. It is not recommended to exceed the three month limit between ejaculations as such a build up may become unhealthy. Once you have reached the level you may want to make a note of it, as a ‘wet dream’ may not be desired; especially since they do trigger the effects of orgasm, even if the submissive is only aware of it during slumber. To avoid further nocturnal emissions you need only allow an ejaculation a number of days or weeks less then what it took to reach the limit to begin with. It is important to realize the distinction between allowing ejaculation and allowing orgasms for it is possible to allow for an ejaculation without the benefit of an orgasm. This can be done by massaging or ‘milking’ the prostate of the seminal fluids it contains which forces an ejaculation even if the penis is soft. This can be done in a variety of manners but the easiest and most successful way is through the anus. This may have the added benefit of humiliation for the submissive as many men consider anal play to be awkward and uncomfortable. The Prostate itself is a round lump, about the size of a marble that can be felt towards the front of the body about an index finger in length into the rectum. It can be massaged either manually or by the use of ‘tools’ such a vibrator, dildo, or specially made devices. The Aneros™ Male G-Spot Stimulator is one such device which is specifically designed to massage the prostate. There are other such devices out there as well and many people consider a prostate massage with penile stimulation to be an orgasm heightening experience. It should be noted that performing a prostate massage on oneself is a difficult process without the aid of some tool. All that is really required for a prostate massage is a generous supply of lubricant and possibly a pair of surgical gloves for hygiene. One easy way to successfully massage your submissive’s prostate is to have them lie on their back with their legs apart and you kneeling between them. Another easy position is to have them get on all fours with you behind them. It is important that they relax, both to ease in penetration and to limit the possibilities of injury. One means to help relax them is to massage the nerve endings of the perineum, which is the area between the scrotum and the anus, in a firm but gentle circular motion. This will also help to stimulate the prostate inside and provides a suitable distraction while you lubricate their rectum. Once he is ready to accept you, slide a well lubricated finger inside them with the finger nail facing their back and make a gentle ‘come-hither’ motion. You should be making contact with the prostate at this point. It is natural if they feel a need to urinate but this will not actually happen. At this point you can either continue to stimulate the prostate with repetitive ‘come-hither’ motions or you can slowly slide out and insert the device you intend to use in your milking. As you continue to massage the prostate it will grow in sensitivity and may produce some rather intense pleasurable feelings to the submissive. If these are undesired you can numb the penis with ice prior to and during the massage to limit the ability to feel. Regardless, you should continue to gently massage the area in a pulsating manner until you see the seminal fluids begin to empty from the penis. This can take anywhere between 10-40 minutes and you may wish to continue for a few moments longer to assure that the prostate is completely empty. Of course, not everyone is fortunate enough to have someone to massage their prostate, but fortunately there are ways to massage ones own prostate and one of the easiest ways is to use the Aneros™. Begin by getting into a comfortable position. The directions for the device suggest your side with one knee slightly bent and the other one drawn up to your stomach, but you can also choose to be on all fours or even on your back, depending on your comfort level. You begin in very much the same manner listed above, by massaging your perineum until you are relaxed and ready to slide the device within yourself. In inserting the Aneros™, you should make sure the Perineum Abutment of the device is nestled against your perineum. Once it is completely inside you, you may feel a little full. I would take some time to relax and get used to the feeling of it being inside you prior to continuing. Once you are ready, simply flex and release the Sphincter muscle repeatedly until you have emptied your prostate. No matter the tactic used, it is unlikely that enough sensation will be produced from the prostate massage itself to induce orgasm. Thus it is possible to deny a man for a long period of time without allowing an orgasm while still assuring health ejaculations. Of course, during these long periods of denial the male may find himself with lots of additional free time. While I am sure there are many things you can think of to fill this time, one possible addition could be to have him strengthen his pubococcygeus muscle. This would aid him in control enabling him to hold back orgasm longer and last longer in the sack and it can be exercised even while the penis is locked in chastity. The easiest way to find the pubococcygeus muscle is to try and stop from urinating two or three times mid flow. Once you have located the muscle it is a simple matter of doing some basic Kegel exercises. These can be done anytime and any place and no one would be able to know what you are doing. It is important that while you do the Kegel exercises you keep your other muscles relaxed to maximize the work out. Here are some excellent exercise you can try. Exercise 1: Quickly clench and release your PC muscle for a 10-second period -- take a 10-second break. Perform three sets, then take a 30-second break. Clench and unclench for 5 seconds with 5-second breaks in between -- 10 times in a row. Tighten your PC muscle for 30 seconds and release for 30 seconds -- 3 times in a row. Repeat the first step and you're done for the day. Exercise 2: Tighten your muscle and hold for a count of 5, and release. Repeat 10 times. Squeeze and release the muscle 10 times quickly. Repeat 3 times. Tighten and release your PC muscle in long and short intervals for counts of 10. Repeat 3 times. Squeeze your muscle and hold it for as long as you can. Try to work your way up to 120 seconds (relax, that's only two minutes). Exercise 3: Fully squeeze and release your muscle over and over again. Begin with one set of 30, and then slowly work your way up to over 100. Squeeze as tightly as you possibly can (make sure it's only your PC muscle that you're clenching). Hold it for 20 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds. Repeat 5 times. Exercise 4: Simply begin squeezing and releasing your muscle for 2 minutes a day and gradually work your way up to doing it for 20 minutes at least 3 times a day. You should eventually be able to perform at least 200 repetitions per session. I have tried to keep the content here basic so that it can be used by both couples and the individual alike and so that it does not require face to face visits to implement. My only hope is that it is useful for both the new and experience alike and that this may help to people take their teasing and denial or chastity relationships to a new level. At the very least I hope that it makes for a good read.
