I just have a simple question, if you hopefully wouldn't mind taking the time answering. How many days apart should enema sessions be from each other without causing complications like your body depending on them for bowel movements?

A lot depends on volume of liquid as well as duration of holding; as well as frequency. You stretch the colon too much and it loses its sensory mechanism to stimulate the BM. There is no magic number that I am aware of... There simply is a consequence for every action. I'd suggest web searching Mega colon/ hypo reflexive bowels/ enema and/or laxative dependance. Call a health spa that does colonic cleansing and ask them how often you can schedule a cleansing.
I wouldn't make that your life's focus...enema king is an empty title. The benefits are really shitty too.

I did a search on Google and found this:

How Often Should I Take an Enema?
Like brushing your teeth, you might choose to make colon cleansing a part of your regular hygiene program. Regular colon cleansing can be a very healthy choice.

However, there is no one prescription for all. A hair analysis, gives you a picture of what toxins are stored in your body and what toxins you need to remove. Using the hair analysis on a seasonal basis will guide you to the cleansing program that will best suits your needs.

If you don’t choose to utilize the hair analysis, know that most people find that after an enema experience, they feel much better. It is this renewed vitality that is your guide; keep it in mind. As soon as you find it diminishing, give yourself a series of enemas. You’ll find that in doing this, you might feel better instantly. And, if you find that you don’t feel better after a colon cleansing series, take a break for a period of time. In my clinical work, most people benefit greatly from cleansing their colon at least one time per month. If you are chronically ill or working through a therapeutic program which involves a lifestyle change, you may find taking an enema series up to once a day is important.

It also might depend on the type of enema you are giving yourself.

The "lite" versions - maybe 2 to 3 oz of warm water - are plenty effective (for me, anyway) and pretty harmless.

If the saline is used, I'd not want to overdo that - maybe no more than 2 3 x per week.

The full blown bore - a la hospital nurse kind of thing - I'd use discretion on that certainly. I think you could quickly wind up in a not too happy situation and be offering many sacrifices to the goddesses of high fiber cereals! :)

helps.
Everyone's gastrointestinal sensitivity is different.
The colon is a "mucous membrane" with a certain PH balance that needs to have time to return to homeostasis when it has been altered.
Saline, or adding about 2-3 tsp of salt per 2 quart enema aids in keeping the PH balance in tact.
If you do extreme enemas, such as punishment (ie...castille soap) or high volume, you should give your body a 2-3 day time span to return it's PH balance back to normal.  Also, when using any type of substance such as soap, make sure to do a rinsing enema afterwards with the suggested salt additive.  Saline (salt water) is the bodies natural fluid.
Extended and too frequent of enema use, hence improper PH balance of the colon, will deteriorate the colon wall and will cause things such as bad hemerroids and decreased dexterity and flexibility.  And, this is not good if you like anal play.
Enema play can be quite fun if done responsibly, as with anything.  Don't overdue and give your body time to come back to balance.
