Not so far but then again, its 18º today ::crossing fingers:: TPBM has sticky notes on the back of the door so its the last thing they see when they leave

No sticky notes on the back of the door, but I do have a few on my kitchen cabinets to remind me of helpful weight control behaviors. TPBM is on a diet or healthful eating regime.

Yes, I love to be outdoors as long as it does not involve camping, hunting, or fishing. TPBM likes spicy food.
