True.  I have used essential oils with success.  Several years ago, I had a persistent cough for months that I finally broke after a few days with this treatment.  What I did was heat a pot of water until it steamed, added a few drops each of lavendar, sage, and peppermint oil, placed my head a comfortable distance from the bowl, put a towel over my head to form a tent, then breathed in the scented vapors for about five minutes twice a day.  Eucalyptus oil is also supposed to be very good in this type of treatment. 
 
TPBM has special plans for Valentine's Day.

I think I did. I visited with a friend who'd lost his mother, and we kept his dad company. I hope I brought them some comfort.

True. In southern Florida no less... how I ended up back in Boston, I can't remember due to the teeth chattering cold air and my sinus cold fogging my memory
