No addictions, but after several hospitilazations with heavy pain meds required, I got a frighteningly clear picture of how easily it can happen. Sooo, PBM...... what is a decision you can look back on and say "Thank heavens I didn't do that!"

I can't stand having anything on my feet while I sleep, actually. I will invariably kick them off. tpbm likes classic horror movies
