weneedyourhelp -> Where would this go? (1/19/2008 10:55:47 AM)

Say, for example, I wrote an erotic, light D/s story that I wanted to get some feedback on my writing abilities, where would I post that?
Any help would be appreciated.  :)

Edited for my sad spelling...lol

Have you thought of setting up a Blog?
There are a couple of erotica sites, but they do not really cater for constructive critique to be applied.
People have posted writings on here, but be prepared for the good and bad.  You could always post an small part?

To be quite honest with you, I dont even think I've ever even seen a blog, much less know how to set one up. Lol I was just wondering if there were any rules pertaining to which section something like that would/could be posted in.

sites like myspace have blogs that can get replies.

Setting up a blog is pretty simple.  Blog spot is ultra simple and livejournal is another used alot.  Master and I have both.
Otherwise I would suggest you could post it here on off topic.  The mods will soon let you know if it isn't a good idea, but there is a lot of poetry or the odd fantasy posted here.  How long is the story?

I would'nt say that it's a long story...but longer than a couple paragraphs. I'm thinking I'll just say WTF and post it when I get home from work. I'm not very computer literate, so I think I am going to skip the whole blog idea. Though I do appreciate the suggestion. [:)]

If you wanted to go off-site, there's a great writing site www.romancedivas.com.  They offer a supportive place for writers of erotica (all types) and romance to go for feedback, industry info, etc.

If you'd like to send it offline to me, feel free to PM.  I give a pretty good critique.
