I am absolutely sure this is posted in the wrong place, but I am very limited right now with what I can do on this site.  I was creating a new account for my girl this morning and nothing has been the same since then.  I can log into my account as Lilith4fun; however, I cannot access my emails.  I have four options:  Home, Message Boards, Browse Photos, and BDSM Movies.  I can find people that I've been talking to; however, there is no option to email them even when I'm viewing the full profile.  In addition, there is a age verification page that pops up every so often even after I have logged in.  I really appreciate your efforts to make this a better website.  Either something isn't quite right with the site or I've screwed something up without realizing it.  Any help in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

If "Home, Message Boards, Browse Photos, and BDSM Movies" are the only options you're seeing in the upper left corner of the page, you're not logged in.

Thanks for the log in tip, but that didn't completely solve the problem.  I logged in and saw  the complete column as I would have expected; however, when I clicked on the Message Board option it went back to the old thing:  only four options, no access to email, and the age verification page.  Things are somewhat resolved, but not completely.  Any other suggestions?

Clear all your cookies and try to sign in again.
Try to sign in again from the Collarchat side (where we are right now).  See the little login button? top right side of page, second line down, second word from left.  Then Click on the Collarme Black banner on the top left.  If you are not signed in on that side, click logout and then login again...

I find that by trying lots of different things, you tend to learn alot..

Here is a bit more info concerning my issues.  I know that I should be contacting support directly; however, the issues I"m having seem to make that impossible.  The support link is not found at the bottom of the Message Board page.  When I did find the link, it wanted me to create a new account first since I wasn't logged in.  I seem to be alternating between the log in page and the age verification page and not getting any further.  It seems that I am logging in correctly; however, it doesn't register properly. In addition, I have checked to get email notification when someone replies; but , I'm not sure if this is working.  If the email is being sent to my alternate account, I'm not getting it.  If it's being sent to my collarme account, I can't verify it.  Any suggestion are greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the clearing the cookies suggestion.  That seems to have fixed the problem for the moment.
