No......no pain anally. The strap-on gives me enough pain anally - but that is a very good hurt. So is the pain from the milking. And it's very true that it keeps me more submissive when I'm milked. Until I'm finally given that release, the pain just keeps me on my knees and under her foot..........which is where I belong anyway.
