vitamin c will help with bruising. If you're getting a good amount of vitamin c (say a glass of orange juice daily), you should be in good shape. Some of the B vitamins help with blood circulation, so that may help, too. But the easiest way to minimize them is not to cause them. Is your dom actively trying to mark you up in a manner that lasts for days? Realistically, at some point it doesn't matter what supplements you're putting in to your body - if he wants to leave bruises that last, he's going to. In some respects, supplementing your diet to minimize the bruising may make things worse as he has to strike harder and over longer periods of time to get his desired result. If the goal is not to leave marks (and they're nice, but not required for an intense session), or to leave marks that only last a short period of time, then your dom needs to practice more. Maybe he'll also need to switch to a different implement that's easier to control or less likely to mark. That's something to sort out between the two of you, though.
