How can I upload my own images to use as my Avatar?

Cali's avatar is in there as are other cool ones. The two paddles saying wicked denote how many posts you have. The adjective changes the more you post. You have vanilla now, and it will change every 100 or so posts.

Checking to see if I did this right Edit: Nope = ( Ok, so I need to upload my photo, which I've done, to my profile and make it my main profile pic. Then the box that says Use your avatar as Profile Photo should be checked, right? I must be missing something = (

If you are putting on an avatar down somewhere at the bottom of all the bullshit you must APPLY before you OK. Slosh around in there, you'll find it. Ron

I tried that too...could it be because my photo hasn't been approved yet? It says it can take up to 72 hours...How do I know when it gets approved?

Oh, I thought you were getting an avatar off the avatar archive, and if that is true, you would also need to check use avatar instead of main profile picture as well as apply. your main profile picture will default to your avatar. Nother thing you can do is search for yourself and see when your pic pops up but the wenchster is correct....
