Nope - can't touch my elbow with my tongue (maybe I could once upon a time, but age has made things like that a little more difficult), but I can wiggle my ears. My sister had a friend who used her ear-wiggling prowess to move her glasses back up on her nose when they had slipped down. That was weird to see.

I can touch both my nose and my elbow with my tongue. I just can't touch my nose with my elbow.
