It's not healthy for anyone to starve, but i've done it for two days only because i had to, (of which i won't go into detail about why). i will never do that again though because you tend, though everyone is different in this, to get headaches, sometimes nausea, stomach cramps, etc. Definetly would not recommend it.

on starvation....

when i was recuperating from a suicide attempt 17 years ago now, i didnt eat afterwards for nearly 8 days.  i drank water and juice, but i'd had enough time in ICU that i didnt have hunger pangs, food didnt tempt me, and my doctor caved under the glare and told the nurses i'd eat when i wanted to.  and i finally did.

now, i dont get hunger pangs.  if i go over 10 hours without eating something, the hunger sensation doesnt turn on and tell me to eat, so i go without till i'm literally dry-heaving from emptiness.  no, its not healthy at all, but my body doesnt work correctly any longer either.

General Rule of thumb
3 minutes with out air will cause irreversible brain damage
3 days with out food will cause severe dehydration and bring someone close to death
3 weeks with out food will cause someone to become emaciated, slowed brain function, and require medical supervision for re-feeding

hope that helps

Greetings,
I know a slave who wishes for her owner to starve her, not strictly for physical changes (she is only slightly overweight) but for the psychological/slavery experience.

After 2-3 weeks she will lose her ability to recognize the psychological/slavery experience.

Fasting is very dangerous!!! I have done some religous fasting with friends not a great experiance. Going more than 24 hours with no food is the limit you can go just short of 48 with water. Diet the right way and be safe! If she wants to loose weight control her food, types and quanities. With women it is so easy....just diet and exercise!!! If you want the details on my fast e-mail me.

If she wants to lose weight ask her doctor for a diet plan for her.
