I said I need someone to force me into sticking to things, doing stuff, and Someone said a Dominant can not make you stick to doing that which you're not commited to doing Ie exorcise everyday for 30 mins then groom the dog. while Ideally I'd like to do that I just don't have the motivation the will power tod o it unless they strictly enforce it.

For me while I may be stubborn and I may fight attempts at domination if they're more stubborn than me and can keep at the power struggle if you will" longer than me we'll make headway. I NEED someonn who's willing to/ mentally/emotionally over power me, to be better at the game to be more stubborn than I am to lay down the smack down if nessisary. I become commited if they can over power me be more stubborn than me, show me they WILL NOT give up and wear me down. Them showing me they can and they WILL lay down the law, will eventually change my resistance into actions.

I am like an animal, one who really wants to do good but canot untill the handler calms them down and trains them, convinces them there's no other option.

As I once heard in a movie "There is only my way, and there is no highway." You are correct, if someone Masters you in such a way, as the only option is to do, then there is only being what you are.

yes, but does it make sense one would have to show themselves capable of mastering you, before you are able to  submit to their will. I don't know why i am this way, I just am. I am stubborn and I am not meaning any disrespect by it, but sometimes they just have to out stubborn me to get the end result, submission.

For me being compliant has nothing to do with " the lifestyle " It has to do with the type of relationship dynamic I have chosen to be in. Independantly to what ever any "lifestyle" may be doin.
