No, there's no way to word a contract to be legally binding, and in fact where the chick decided she didn't like how she was treated, it was used against the guy as evidence.

If a contract makes ya both feel better and helps outline some expected behaviors, that's fine, but from what I've seen you're asking for trouble to do it. Even without what I mentioned, it can still be carted out by the sub or dominant to use it as a crutch instead of applying real dominance and real submission. If you feel you need such a crutch, you'll quickly realize that a contract won't be able to ever cover every possible contingency and it'll either wind up being ignored, abused, or amended. You should be concentrating on each other (or each member if it's poly) than on a piece of paper.

I don't mind newbies, but if you are a novice at D/s and you're unable to use Google, you're not going to have a lot of information to work this relationship on. Or you're simply lazy, which is not a good way to handle a slave.

There was a case in the uk recently where a contract was bought in front of the judge as proof and taken as evidence. Though it was a converluted case and I am not sure how much impact that it had.

Two lawyers. If he has his lawyer draw up a contract for her to sign that is clearly in his favor, then the courts will throw it out. She needs a lawyer of her own to protect her. The precedent here is pre-nups. If a wealthy man remarries and has his lawyer draw up the pre-nup, the courts declare it null and void because the contract is one sided. If the second lawyer works for the same firm as the first, same thing. If he pays both lawyers, same thing. She needs a lawyer of her own, not recommended by him or his lawyer, someone clearly independent from any influence by the prospective owner.

And good luck finding one who will agree that anything in such a contract is in the best interests of his client.
