hi do anyone know where i can get a adult dummy, romper suit ect, preff in uk, i also become a human dog so any ideas on cute collars and accessories much need and appreciated for any help

for collars just hit a pet store. they make collars big enough to fit humans.

cant help much on the other stuff....

In the untited states in NY I know of. In the store we sell dog hoods, and dog mitts for the feet.

Centurions has a HUGE amount of sissy and AB style clothing, including shoes that cannot be found anywhere else. Warning though, the sites structure is very outdated. Bad pics and usually no product description. Another thing is there stuff does tend to run on the expensive side (very).
