Okay... does anyone else have a problem with this?  I tend to have a lot of nightmares, so I talk and moan in my sleep.  It's pretty much constantly.  Last night was the first night He and I slept together, and He said that I kept Him awake...

You can now buy (at least here in Florida) the anti toothgrinding rubber guards in the drugstore. That or a small wiffle ball gag might work. It won't obstruct breathing but talking won't be an easy option. Hehe..and you can have fun with it.

Are You kidding me?? i have been doing this since before my teenage years.. So as some of my family members (uncles and aunty) they also have it. If i tend to sleep away from home i can even get more edgy...

LOL Miss M, You could shout at the top of your lungs and I don't think anyone would kick you out of bed   You are far to hot to ever be kicked out of anywhere!

I don't ususally talk on my own in my sleep unless someone starts the conversation. I have honestly answered the phone in my sleep and made plans with friends and totally blew them off because I didn't remmeber when I woke up. Maybe try playing music while you sleep, to help you relax, I suggest nature sounds but stay away from bird sounds....they tend to be more annoying than soothing.

Every time I see this thread I start singing, "I hear...the secrets that you keep...when you're talking in your sleep..."

I laugh in my sleep.  I've awakened by him asking me what's so funny.  Um...well...I don't really know!!

Then again he's yelled at me in his sleep before.  Come morning I tell him how mean he was during the night, which always elicits a confused look.  :)
