Most obscure topic of the week? Does anyone play water polo? I am looking for a little unique insight. Perhaps another femdom will understand where I am coming from with this. I was shocked when I developed an actual erotic fascination with hockey; I had no interest in the sport. But, after sitting on the glass a few times, or near the penalty box (where men go for behaving badly, and sit there, out of breath, fuming, trapped), I realized that the close physical contact, the pinning against the boards, the punishment in front of the net -- all of these things pushed certain femdom buttons and as a result turned me on. It occured to me that water polo might do something for me. I have never seen water polo, and I have no idea what the rules are. However, I love men when they are WET, and I love anything that is even remotely suggestive of breath control, breathing, or anything of the sort. So the question is, for anyone who watches or plays water polo, how much of it actually involves holding your breath, and how much is physical contact, and how much involves anything that can remotely be connected to physical restraint? This has nada to do with water polo, however, it DOES incorporate your penchant for wet bodies and breath control. The Playboy channel did this thing on water bondage. It was SOOO HOT!! They had especially designed different plexiglass containers that were large enough to hold a body. Some were for standing, some for prone. They had a "safety door" at the bottom for a quick release of the water. They would put someone into rope bondage, place them in the container...then slowly it would fill up. When it got to where the subject was submerged and holding their breath (sometimes a snorkel type tube was allowed), they would release the hatch at the bottom of the tank and the water would come spilling out. There are some sites...most of them pay sites, unfortunately, where you might find more material. Do a search on "water bondage" and the likes thereof. I find this HIGHLY erotic as well. When I saw the Playboy thing, (a friend taped it for me because I love the breath control) I was absolutely fascinated.

Dear Akasha. Water polo is a sport of which most of the activity is actually kept underwater. If You view from under water windows of the pool You would see very much kicking and pulling of the bathers. When the men swim and are are chased by opponents to take the ball of them they often are hit on there sides with the elbows of the player who pursues them. The ability to hold there bodies above water by paddling with there feet and legs alone, is very accountable also in a good player. i used to play water polo myself in my younger days. Pain and bruises are often seen on the bodies of the players. It is one of the most physical demanding sport that has been invented. (Aha!! almost forgot to mention we where rubber bathers and play with rubber balls[;)])

Sorry, I don't have more site references for you. However, after seeing this presentation on the Playboy channel and looking around a bit like you are, not to mention I have a few Japanese videos that incorporate water torment (predicament?) with their bondage that had already intrigued me prior to the Playboy thing, I decided to try a bit. I would love water polo if I could be sure they wouldnt drown those poor horses... just kidding of course I'll be leaving now... big grins On a side note I am a big fan of hockey and actual polo... very manly and butch.. and agressive. It is like hockey or football in the water. Not much threat of actually drowning, but gasping, heavy breathing, very wet pumped up men... I think you'd have a lot of fun with it =) Edited to add that I feel like suuuuuuch a perv watching the undergrad (or even high school) water polo team practices/games when I do my swimming work out. They are waayyy young for my usual taste, but damn they look good, both on deck, and doing their testosterone-driven thing in the pool.

I'm definitely not going to qualify for hot guy status, but if you don't mind answers from a woman, I did play goalie on a water polo team for a few years. It can be quite rough. The helmets feature ear protectors a bit like badly placed athletic cups and there were plenty of times when my head was still left ringing, or I wanted more of those protectors elsewhere. Kicks (from knees mostly) and punches to the lower body, mid-section, and chest are common, leaving loads of pretty bruises. It does develop excellent breath control, but even the best players will gasp after taking an elbow to the solar plexus or something along those lines. That can mean spitting water for a while or snorting while still following the action. There is also a kind of concentrated breath required when you're doing something like driving yourself up out of the water to stop a ball from coming in high. Of course, it does develop musculature in the leg, arms, and chest, the entire torso really. It wasn't unusual for me to feel crawl-to-bed tired after the adrenaline from a long match wore off; however, in my experience there wasn't much physical restraint.
