The biggest problem i see (and i've had similar thoughts myself) is that there are a few different ways to implement the controls inside the car, and you never know what they'll have inside until you pay for it and crack it open. The motor/vibration part should be fairly easy- the motor should be a discrete unit that can be removed from the rest of the car; add an eccentric weight and you've got a variable-speed (maybe) vibrator. The only thing left to do is somehow transmit those vibrations to the penis... which has been tried in any number of ways with varying degrees of success. The shocking is trickier. The steering gear could be a servomotor, a solenoid, or even a small motor depending on the type of car. And then the type of hardware effects whether the circuit it is essentially an on-off-on switch, or allows incremental input. No matter what it is, of course, the circuit won't be carrying enough juice to provide any noticeable stimulation to the skin. So where you go for there depends on how elaborate you want to go, and your electronics skill/knowledge... cheapest solution would probably be to use the signal to throw a relay linked to a disposable camera flash circuit... maybe use left to charge the flash, and right to discharge it into his package. More expensive would be to link a steering servo to work the intensity dial on a commercial TENS box (saw an interesting device done by Insex years ago where they did this with several TENS and a stack of RC servos, all mounted on a board strapped to the subbie's back... kinda Rube Goldberg, but it appeared to work!). Not sure if you're at the level of building electrostim gear from scratch... i'm certainly not, so you're on your own there! Here's a more general guide to the layout of a very inexpensive car... might give some more ideas. http://www.instructables.com/id/Using-RC-car-parts-as-remote-control/
