I've replied to some individual questions about collars but just realised I have not posted in here as a blatant plug yet!
I am making stainless steel jewellery, heavy, segmented, flexible. Website www.steelwithattitude.com I can make you a collar or bracelet/cuff as wide as you like, with a choice of fastenings (temporary, padlocked, permanent), and if you want you can buy the parts to make your own jewellery- only tools required are a spanner and a small bench vice.
