I'm not sure why you feel compelled to respond to "solicitations" for sex, which is what such e-mails generally boil down to. Some guys are desperate and will take a shot, no matter how long of a shot it might be. I'm sure they let their "middle leg" do their thinking for them when they see your photo, as it's on the hot side.
This brings us to a segment of cyber trollers who truly have no idea what it means to have a D/s alliance. They believe they want to leap into the lifestyle, specifically because they perceive its participants as more sexually aware and liberal. I've crossed paths with a few of them, particularly during rare/odd moments when I decide to live dangerously and visit Alt's Instant Message Center. More often than not, they're nice enough guys -- just very vanilla and very misguided in their trolling decisions.
The most extreme example was a guy who totally freaked when I explained "D/s 101" to him. He registered on Alt because he has a couple of "definitive" sexual needs, and thought BDSM'ers would be more accommodating. As soon as we were done chatting, he cancelled his Alt membership.
Bottom line: If it seems like a guy is sending a courteous, but misinformed inquiry, send a "thanks/no thanks" reply. Otherwise, you have no obligation to respond. If, however, you're in a mood to tell them where to go, feel free to borrow the slogan from the company where I used to work:
"Readers are leaders."
