Ok, we have all had those moments, whether funny, shocking, or downright anger-inducing, when something happens that makes you just say "What the PHUK?!"

Here is the place for you to vent, ponder, or just put out there, the things that have you scratching your head or just barely keeping the riding crop from reaching out and touching someone in a "not nice" way.

I'll start...

Today, I had several What The Phuk moments.

1. On my way to lunch, it was raining torrents, so I had the wipers on and was looking out the windshield at the puddles in the road, when all of a sudden, the left windshield wiper flew off and into traffic behind me. I was like, "Oh my gosh! What the phuk?" and started laughing wildly as I turned around and went back towards the service station 4 miles away, barely able to see anything. When I got there, I went inside and asked them to replace the wipers. The mechanic came out and said, "Where's the other one, ma'am?" I looked at him and said, "In the highway somewhere." He stared at me like I was lying and said, "ohhh-kayyy."

2. This afternoon, an old employee came by to pick up his Blackberry that he left in the office when he left two weeks ago. One of the ladies had it in a locked desk upstairs, so while he waited, several people gathered around to say hello. They were near my desk, so I got blamed for allowing a "crowd" (4 people) to form. Shortly after the guy left, the President of the company came out to my desk and said, "I want to make this perfectly clear, if any ex-employees come back to this office, they are not to stand out here in the public area and talk. They are to get in, do what is necessary, and get out. I expect nothing less." For fear that I might laugh if I asked him how 4 people were considered a crowd, I simply said, "Okay." It seemed to suit him, so he walked off and that was that. It left me wondering though... "What The Phuk?!"

3. This evening, the VP of Sales and Marketing gave me a hellacious project to do because he wanted to leave early. I couldn't access the area of the computer where I could retrieve the data because it was password protected and he had gone and wouldn't answer his cell phone. I left a message that he never listened to. I got a call 45 minutes before quitting time telling me that I needed to have the whole thing finished before I left for the night. "What The Phuk?!" After telling him that I wasn't worried about his stupid project and that he could do himself, I hung up. Realizing that being bitchy to an idiot wasn't really going to get me anywhere, I went ahead and stayed 30 extra minutes and finished it up. I called him and let him know it was done and he was thrilled. Still doesn't mean he's not an idiot. Grrr...

The net is not sufficient to hold my what the phuck moments, my entire 53 years has been that.

Remember when we talked about my divorce and what I said to my lawyer and the judge?

I had to go off on the whatever the fuck she is that has her fingers into everything and lives in the world of the old crank burroughs adding machines and specs software sans input from the people who use it and goes out to the outside contractor around me and has the shit made and then surprise shoves it in just after year end and the goddamn shit is fucking up all our EDI and orders and we are getting chargebacks that fucking whore---------- and then thirty people ran to the other side of the building with wide eyes and couldnt fucking run over everyone else fast enough to get away from me and that poor bitch was in the corner and now she is too afraid of me to even fire me because I told her that this wasnt near as mad as I could get and ------- well; WHAT THE PHUCK?

But I am fixing the shit fast as I can...quietly....

i don't understand why you would tell someone that you had all these plans to come and see you...but then you decided not to.

wtf?

i guess i would rather just not know in teh first place or hear about how you feel bad because of all the reasons that you can't come see me. as in oh i've been working doubles and my feet are wet or whatnot, but not oh yeah i thought about coming to see you but whatever blah blah blah.

i dislike being stood up i dislike being told i'm being outranked by wet feet even more.

I have been home sick with the flu. My company9( a medical vocational school) has expected me sick in bed to find my substitute(I teach adult ed). Then after doing it myself for today but not informing the supervisor(something ended up happening to the replacement), and being reprimanded for not calling her back when told to call her back...sick and sleeping), Now I am not allowed back to teach until I bring a doctors note! What the phuk?

Ah, so you have been to my office! This week I found out that the software company that my company bought out so we could have proprietary business software has NEVER done any payroll work before this year!! Which explains why the software doesn't support half the forms we use. WTF?
