The answer the same, they want someone that helps them be happy and fulfills many of their desires, needs and wants.

If you are looking for specifics and differences then that is more of a gender question. Men and women are different and we need to accept that and therefore needs, wants and desires will also be different. Not better or worse, just different.

i don't know about femdommes but the first thing that came to mind for maledoms....my Daddy anyway....obediance...followed by attention (something my Daddy said is true of Dominants and submissives alike)
