I am looking for professional/ trust worthy photographer and would like some ideas for lay outs from photographers... any ideas from other creative minds.

You might improve your chances by giving a location and an amount you are willing to pay. Naturally the two can interlock. Someone like Barbara Nitke could be enticed all the way to San Francisco for the right amount. Conversely, if you aren't willing to pay in the thousands, you might want to attract responses from nearby where travel isn't a big factor.
