I've eaten pretty much every sort of junk, and the time of day did not matter. An old favorite was a Cheeto sandwich, cheetos on whole wheat, with a slice of american cheese, and chocolate milk.

lmao!  that almost had me rolling on the floor, thanks for starting my day with a big chuckle level.

Chex Mix for breakfast, at work.
And we are all fairly guilty at my store of having Pepsi's before 9am

With all the serious doom and gloom posts, why not post something a little fun and light hearted, So yes my breakfast is a brownie and half a sweet roll.

What was your junky breakfast?

Nothing this AM but coffee, but 9 out of 10 times, i'll eat cereal w/skim milk/fruit. But BACK IN THE DAY, i'd eat cereal w/M&M's in it! So damn good!!!
And like Rubberpet, i've eaten dinner leftovers for b'fast especially spaghetti/or pizza!! Just cold, no reheating. Mmmm, the good old days!

Twinkies!!! But think of the ingredients: milk, flour and eggs....the same things found in pancakes. And the cream filling is equal to a glass of milk!!

Pancakes are junk food to.  Last I checked.  Although I love a good pancake now and then.
I've never eaten anyones version of junk for breakfast.  I love breakfast food too much to destroy the idea.
Now for dinner....I could eat breakfast food as well.  Jumk or whatever depending on the day.

I don't usually have time for breakfast during the week.  I had two tuna fish sandwiches for lunch though to make up for it!

Usually a fat free / sugar free smoothie followed by oatmeal with Red River cereal and soy milk.

When I'm hungover, virtually anything spicy will do, but one of my most memorable and delicious was a boneless goat roti doused in the house hot sauce at Vena Roti.

Now, I don't think pizza is a junk food... and dried fruit can be gotten without the sugar, so eat away, darlings!

When I was a kid, my grandma (remember her?) ... she wanted me to eat my vegetables and I hated the yellow ish ones (squash and the like).... so she used to make a low sugar pumpkin pie for us and we'd have that cold for breakfast with a glass of milk.   Probably not what people think is a good breakfast but not really so bad after all... and to this day, I love finding good pumpkin recipes... (feel free to send me yours).

I used to work in a cookie store, so my breakfast there was either a double fudge cookie, iced sugar cookie, or a cheesecake brownie.

Now, my breakfast junkfood is usually a sweet tea, and a cigarette.

When being good I'll have whole grain cereal, fresh fruit, and skim milk.  When being bad, there's no telling--donuts, cinnamon rolls, danish, etc.

This is definitely not the norm for me, but I squirted some whipped cream out of a can and into my mouth for breakfast one day this week.

Jacto taco bell kind of rhmes with your name :))

It' also the one thing I can not eat much of and not pay for.  I guess since most the things involve hamburger meat and cheese it's to much for my stomach cause any more than like two chalupa's or two taco's from taco bell and I feel like a lead ball is sitting in my guts.

I paid the price for it later though.

My usual breakfast is a homemade banana smoothie with whey and a fistful of vitamins. This morning, though, I polished off a pan of brownies I'd made two days before, along with a quart of milk. Yum!
