greetings Masters, Mistresses and submisives and slaves. this girl has been in the gorean lifestyle online for about a year now, and has longed to live the lifestyle for real. the only problem is girl is married, and to a wonderful loving Man, but the problem is He is not into the lifestyle and only wishes her to be who He married. She's happy, but not satisfied, and turns online to fulfill her submissive desires. She's not in it for the sex, but more to be submissive and express herself as the slave she is. this girl is 21 and has a 2 year old son whom her life revolves around, He is her pride and joy. know that this girl isn't on here to find a subsititute for her husband, but more to partake in the chat and topic of the submissive lifesyle and meet and male friends who are like her and maybe help her.

Hi innocentangel, welcome to the forums. Have you seriously talked to your hubby about your submissive nature? I was in the same position as you a few years ago except i went beyond online and felt i had to experience it in real life. When hubby found out we had a long serious talk and he forgave me and agreed to be my Dom. It has worked out very well. My guess would be that at some point you won't feel satisfied in your marriage and will want to do more than just online. Feel free to message me on collarme if you want to talk more about it. There's a thread somewhere on here about vanilla spouses. If i can find it i will give you the link.

thank you proudsub for replying to my post. it's always nice to hear other's stories and experiences. i have talked with him about it, and have a few friends in the lifestyle try to help him get the idea, but he doesn't feel right with it, he feels it's abusive and not right, and he said it's just not who he is. so i've let it go, and still try to serve him as the slave i am deep inside. though i have to admit, it's not always easy. thank you also for the link, i appreciate all your help. hope to talk to you soon.

Do you belong to any of the Gorean listservers?
I remember some very good topics about being Gorean in a nilla world... One woman as I recall basically did everything as a slave, in the area of serving. People always just thought she was very polite.

Just can't wear those silks around..

It works pretty well to imagine that hubby is your dom and you are serving him for that reason. I used to even fantacize i was bound in different positions during sex. It did help. A good imagination can do wonders.

I can sympathize... REALLY sympathize.

My wife is a wonderful, VERY vanilla woman. Until recently, I have been able to express my "masterful" side with a lovely sub who lives near me... but alas, her job is taking her to distant lands... (I've always wanted to use alas in a sentence!)

So I guess my answer here is also to introduce myself back into the community al large...

There are many like us...

Um.. just remember to take what you need and leave the rest. They have a tendencey to fight like cats and dogs sometimes. But if you can weed through the macho crap, the I knew John Norman since he was a baby balony, and the I've been Gorean since before the books were published, the actual discussions and some of the hypothetical questions that are thrown out there can be highly interesting and worth wading through the other stuff. I believe you might also be able to search the archives for topics you are interested in. This one is a really busy list also. Somewhere around 200 posts a month.
