I would wait a week or so, depending on how many needles you do in one sitting and whether you are using the exact same spots or not.  The guage of the needles will make a difference as well.  The larger the needle the longer to heal.

Keep in mind, however, you are going to "season" this area with repeated needle play no matter what you do.  You are going to acrue scarring tissue no matter what.  The more often you do it, the more scarring will occur.  Not noticable scarring, but the type that will be epidural and tend to lesson the sensitivity on the head of your dick.  Just like your butt gets seasoned from repeated spankings and such.
