UM is UnMentionables, due to the policy banning discussion of juveniles.

HNG is of course Horny Net Geek, one of the more venerable phrases in netspeak, and not original to here at all.

Status: offline 		Now.. I vote to have an auto-filter replace every use of the term Gorean with 'Gwarean'.

Those who think they are actually Goreans (as in inhabitants of that planet), need to be remidned often that their wimpy homestone world was conquered and eradicated by the true cosmic overlords, GWAR.

Those who wish to adopt certain ideological elements of the books about Gor for their personal beliefs, need to stick to the correct term, Gorists.

note: ok, banned is a little harsh; but it gives me a headache when ever i see the third person writing style and i don't even want to imagine what my reaction will be when i somehow end up talking with someone in person who speaks as such... i think CM would be so much nicer if we had a third person to human translator that i can click on whenever i get that twinge behind my right eye

I didn't think it was harsh at all.  I found it ridiculously funny, and completely true.  There is nothing worse than going to the Positive experiences page and reading about someone that found their "One" in a week or less.

Also the slash speak.  It should all be banned...I realize it is a personality thing, but...it makes my eyes twitch and I feel like I am going to have a seizure, reminiscent of those Japanese cartoons.
