IRAQ -- Their friendship began half way across the world in Iraq, when St. Petersburg native Major Brian Dennis encountered a mixed breed dog in Anbar Province. The dog had been savagely abused and his ears cut off.
I hope they get to be together when all this is over. ..just goes to show you find friends in the strangest of places. I wish them both luck and a long life together. Is the dog liable to be quarantined when he gets to the US??? Lucy

An amazing story. I hope it has a happy ending and one man and his dog get to spend it together peacefully.
