Do any femdoms enjoy looking at pictures of men in bondage?  If so, what do you look for?  Is it about nakedness, or more about expression/eyes?  Is it about the nature of the bondage and gear, or more about how good he looks?  Have you seen any tasteful erotic photo sets that feature men?

yes, yes , yes there is a book out by Van Darkholme called "Male Bondage", I got it from amazon, but I know he has a couple of websites too, one of them is at

unfortunately its a paysite, but it does give you a glimpse into his work and wow, yummmmmmmy. Im guessing that its mainly for the gay bondage chappies, but thats a minor thing, a nekid bound  male is a nekid bound male. Such delicious bondage, mostly hemp rope, I think for me, its the look on the face, the bound body, the style of the bondage.
I wish I had the talent, to take pics like this because there is a dearth of it out there, good quality single male/straight male bondage or BDSM ...Meninpain.com seems to be making strides in that direction, but still seem to focus on male "ideal" of it.

*cough*  Yes, I enjoy photographs of men in bondage.  Taking them or looking at them, although I'll freely admit that most pornography is so badly shot that it really turns me off--as an artist it looks ugly and cheap to me, and makes the people in it look ugly and cheap by extension.  [:'(]

CM doesn't allow me to show my own bondage photos of men or women, o'course.   [:D]

Just as an aside--is there anything which is NOT good about the sight of a hot man in bondage?  I mean, really.  You can enjoy the composition and lighting of the photo, the beauty of the man, the contrast between vulnerable skin and cold metal or constricting rope, the emotions he conveys himself, the emotion his dominant conveys in the image, or the emotions it stirs in you--or any combination of the above....

Yes to all of it heh. I love to see erotic photos of men in bondage, it is a combination of the facial expressions, the eyes and of course their cocks. It is all very hot.

I love it but find that the pics taken by women resonate with me a gazillion times more than those taken by men.  I am partial to partially dressed fellas who have that look of being caught.  The best pictures I have are of men I have tied up and a friend who is a good photographer has taken as I play.  I have a few posted on my alt account - same name - Ocilla.  I have not been able to get any approved for here.  I am totally enthralled with ropes and tieing fellas in particular. 

We've a newly budding erotic rope group called knot guilty and assisted a local fem top rope artist in hosting an event at our local dungeon.  The idea was to get folks excited about rope and to show them rope play on the ground rather than in suspension.  Anyhow, the theme was the roarin 20's: storyville, speakeasies, gangstas, flappers, and rope, kidnapping and takedowns.  So we made an nondage pit area and proceeded to capture and bind and "torture" those nearby who had the rope spark in their eye and drool at the corner of their lips.  So there were all these rope bottoms rolling around together being tickled, spanked, clamped, teased and attended to with hands and hitachi magik wands etc.  The pit was filled with lots of lovely ladies but not a single boy....and yet there was a bevy of eager boys gathered around.  So I wasted no time capturing and ropin some fellas for the pit....but no one else would tie up boys.  This was a bit of a revelation to me. 

Upon looking for images, I found very little pics of men, minorities, older folks or large sized women in rope.  What little I did find was not very appealing to me.  So now I am focusing on those areas in particular....esspecially in terms of capturing lovely images with a womans touch.

I'm headed off to Shibaricon in Chicago in May and very much looking forward to it.  Again I will focus on tieing up fellas.  I would love to set some dates with boy rope bottoms for the conference.  Any takers?  My bff a talented  fem-rope-top and I have started double teaming boys in private with spectacularly fun results for all involved.  We've also been talking with some of the more male oriented leather and dance gay bars in the area with the idea of going in and letting the fellas purchase rope by the foot and then we will tie harnesses or rope decor onto them.....  I have this vision of a wildy raucus dance floor filled with hot gay men in rope all sweaty and pawing on one another.

It isn't photography, but so far as femme domme art goes, I really haven't seen anything better than some of the illustrations on the covers of Mexican comics ("historiettas").  There are some amazing images there of extremely powerful, curvy women taking salacious joy in teasing and binding men and other women.  Very sexy stuff, especially for the mood it captures!

Sounds intriguing; I'll have to see if there is any such on my copy of the Internet.

Speaking of not photography, how has this thread persevered to this point without a mention of Kami Tora's anime depictions of, I'm not really sure what some of them are. But! Many of them are definitely mostly female and they are doing really over the top bondage, torture, CBT and other things to some definitely male subjects. Ars longa, viat brevis!

Remember, you started us down this slippery slope with your "isn't photography" and all. :-)

If I wanted to derail the thread into complete inanity, I could point out that people who enjoy seeing "large women in ropes" could certainly run across pictures of ME in bondage on the Internet.  [:-]  I tried modeling for bondage photos once or twice before I tried shooting them; I often try to improve my photography this way, and it usually works.  Long story short:  it's a great way to get ideas and to develope more empathy with the people on the other side of the lens.

But back to the subject:  bondage photos of men = yay!  But I must admit, I really don't agree that gay men are all that attractive, even tied up.  I can often tell the difference, especially if their faces show, and I agree with posters who say that male bondage shot by women touches me much, much more than gay male bondage shot by and for men.

:-) Google is a friend. I think I found you and they are cool! Rope work like that must take a lot of time. I hope it's mostly done before hand and then you put it on, like wrapping yourself up in a hammock or some such.

I'm certain your method is sound. Maybe one day we can find a book of your photography in the Art section of Barnes & Noble to scope the results of your studies. :-)

A female friend of mine is a photographer and she's going to be shooting me all dressed up as a woman and some artistic nudes.  I would absolutely love to do some artistic bondage photos as well.  I haven't brought it up yet, as I wanted to be sure she was cool taking nude shots of me.  Now that I know she is, I'm going to bring up the bondage photos idea - or at least some kind of fetish shoot with me as the sub.  And as it will be a female shooting me, it will be done from the female perspective - something that seems to be popular here.  Hopefully I can get the shoot done!!

I agree!  Thanks all for the links, going to have to check them out.  I absolutely love taking photos of my boys in bondage, and also just in other poses.  I love to look back upon what we've done, and be able to appreciate all over again how terrific they are.

I have a hard time finding material that appeals to me, though.

I want them to be attractive (to me) and I want involvement - for them to be into it, reacting and/or interacting.  I need both.

A big plus for me is if they're sexy and Asian.  mm-m-m beautiful Asian males.  With BDSM?  Be still, my heart.
