I've had something really weird going on lately. I decided to go to the Dr. when I began moving here to Savannah. I found out i had PCOS and it sorta threw me for a loop. I forgot to discuss my recurring UTI's w/my ob gyn. Now, I'm without healthcare temporarily and while I'm taking scrips for the PCOS the UTI's just keep coming back. I take the OTC stuff that eases the pain, drink less sugar, and occaisionaly take cranberry pills. Many ppl just tell me to "drink more water" but what i really wonder is, why does the UTI seem to coincide with the times i get head???? Could His mouth be introducing bacteria to my urethra and if so, would that explain why i can knock them out in a day or so?
I'm sure i'll probably get the "just go to a Dr." response, and i understand that better than anyone.
My q is: have you ever seen any correlation between receiving oral and getting an infection because if you have, giving will definitely become better than receiving in that dept.

Sexual stimulation can worsen the symptoms of cystitis. Bacterial or non-bacterial. I have chronic non-bacterial cystitis, feel free to email me if you want some tips on what to look out for and how to help alleviate the symptoms a little.

I know that you could get UTIs from having intercourse, so I guess the same goes for oral sex... The profylactic advice for avoiding it after intercourse is to take a pee :)

And btw - water with fresh lemon seems to work every time I've had too much sweets and get it...
