Well I'm tired of politics and Van Halen thread reminded me of Pantera. Phil Anselmo former lead singer of the Pantera was preforming in my neck of the woods tonight ... (well last night) I did not see the concert. Many believe that Phil was responsible for brake up of Pantera and ultimately death of Dimebag Darrell.

So any Pantera fans?

I'm assuming he was with Down last night. Good band.

Whether he was the prime cause of Pantera breaking up, I'm not sure, though I'd guess he played a large part in it. But there's only ONE person responsible for DD's death, and that's the ass that shot him.

Phil is a dick. Yes he propably had alot to do with the band breaking up (that bastard) but was that an atributing factor in Dimebag's death? no Dime would have playing a much larger venue the night he was shot and security MAY have the guy that shot him, but then, they may not have.
