We could've told them that.  Of course, a male partner doing his fair share (or more) is not a submissive act in itself, but it does go a long way towards keeping chore-related resentments from building.

Yes, we could have.  I'm beginning to see more and more of these types of articles.  Here is another one:  http://www.newsweek.com/id/109614?GT1=10865

I find this trend interesting!

"Baby, I'm going to come home, grab a broom, and then I'm going to sweep that kitchen floor. I'm going to sweep up all those little dust balls under the stove. Oh yeah, I'm going to get those nasty li'l balls all up in the dust bin. Is that what you like, baby? You like binned dust balls, don't ya?"

oooooooooh BABY!  tell me what you're going to do to the bathtub!

xxblushesxx -> RE: In vanilla news: Choreplay! (2/17/2008 8:39:43 AM)

That's why I listed housework as a HARD limit!!
Those 'purists' the other day did, so, I did too!!
Can't wait to see the look on HoneyMaster's face!![:)][:D]

Lol...I will freely admit, one of the sexiest things I have seen this year was a man with a mop.  There's really nothing better than someone who genuinely tries to help, regardless of what you do with them in the bedroom afterward.  [:)]

Is it getting hot in here or is it only me?

A man cooking and cleaning is sexy, with or without a maid's uniform. [;)]
LadyH, if he gets this house spotless, we will have PLENTY of playtime.

A Mistress with a submissive that works hard to please her, makes Mistress happy-->when Mistress is happy, the submissive will be VERY happy!

It ain't rocket science boys.

I had a bf that vacuumed nekkid.  He was a joy and a delight to watch, but he'd get annoyed when I'd tell him he missed a spot under the couch and he'd turn around to see me grinning at him when he was bent over, ass-up, thigh muscles straining as he kept his balance.  Good times.  [:D]

Yeah, baby, sweep those dust balls!  They're dirty, yucky dust balls!  Lock them up and walk away laughing!

Good article!    This part "Ignore negatives: Don't nag about the rest of the filthy laundry still piled on the floor. Trainers call this Least Reinforcing Scenario" bugs me.  My boy is perfectly happy to let laundry pile up indefinitely, creating a god-awful stench wherever dirty socks are to be found.  If he doesn't get a beating or an ultimatum or whatever, it stays right where it is.  Yes, it's possible to use "seduction and manipulation", but Jesus, that's a hell of a lot more work than just telling someone to do something and having them do it.

Love the comments from the readers.  lol

*wiggles his tush and sashays as he flourishes the broom*

Personally, I can think of few things more fun than cleaning a loved one's house au naturale, and especially if she's trying to oggle the buns. ^_-

Au naturale is a great way to get the cleaning done; saves clothes from being messed up.  I also like attaching belled nipple clamps to a cleaning slave, or C&B restraints with bells, so I can hear where they are in the house and how vigorously they're working.  [;)]

Lashra -> RE: In vanilla news: Choreplay! (2/18/2008 3:49:09 AM)

Excellent article, but it doesn't work for all men. My ex no matter how much I tried never accepted the  fact that men should help with the housework. Now divorced (his no house work rule was one factor in that) he lives in squallor. His Mommy isn't there to run behind him cleaning and he never wanted to learn (from me, his Mom believed men should just work and sit in the Lazy boy once they got home) how to clean or do laundry.
His house is so filthy my daughter refuses to go over there, I can't say that I blame her.

I live alone and am a bit of a neat freak, so….I clean.

That’s going to change when I’m in a relationship?

Nope.  It’s frankly only lagniappe that it makes her life easier.

Kind of an interesting aside along these lines:
I was watching Jeopardy the other night and one of the “interesting facts”  that Trebek reveals about the contestants came from the current champ, a Lady named Jake.  She didn’t know where her vacuum cleaner was kept.  She said her husband did all the housework so why should she know.

Lagniappe : learned that word when I was building out in Louisiana a few years ago.  Never could spell it but I like it!

thetammyjo -> RE: In vanilla news: Choreplay! (3/9/2008 7:22:26 AM)

I think that for many women (me included) that when we know something should be done, it is difficult for us to let that go and relax enough to feel sexy or get to orgasm. So if you both do the house/lawn work it gets done more quickly too and therefore less to distract the mind.

Note I said "woman" here not female, because I think at least in my culture it is a trained gender perception, we raise girls and women to think about that sort of thing more than boys and men. However I have known a few men who also can't feel sexy until the work is done too.
