What are some of the things you do that are explicitly for you, that make you feel good, help you relax, gain perspective, or something as small as a perfume you wear just to enjoy the smell...

For me I have a few I loooove bubble baths, I have a couple different sudsies coconut, vanilla, jasmine vanilla, and peach are some of my favs. I save these for the days where I just want to relax and sink into a tub of hot water and let the scent and heat take me away...

Other days I just like having something familliar that just makes me feel good and so I opt for one of my fav perfumes ( Red Door Elizabeth Arden, Dark Vanilla) in the cases of my flirty days I opt for either Navy or Tommy Girl or something of the like ( I have a huge collection that goes by mood *nods* lol )

For a night cap to just have my " Me" time at the end of the day, nothing says relax to me better than curling up with a cuppa hot tea, flavored coffee, cocoa... and on rare ocassions a glass of merlot mmm...

Frankly, I've little time to myself; between the increased resposibilities at work and the fact that the number of people I counsel has recently doubled, I could use a break...

When I do wish to calm myself, two things never fail...time with my son, and writing.

quilting, cross stitch or sleeping. i have more time to myself this year and am enjoying it immensely.

Writing .... But for that I have to have an extreme mode one way or the other emptional high or low
Sunset or Sunrise ... No one on the deck but me and a good cup of coffee
Watching the guy bail hay behind my house... lol one he is a good looking man tight jeans nice thighs but mainly because it is one of those things that reminds me how much I like living in the country
Hmm the other .... is to sit out on the deck do a total salt scrub this wash it off with the hose ... well water is soooooooooo cold tho coming out the hose ... dry naturally then lotion or oil me with vanilla scented oil
