daycollar.com has some nice simple collars. You can also have them make custom ones. Plus, you don't have to even look to BDSM for collars if you want something vanilla-looking but with the feel of a "collar". A simple cholker can do the trick, or an omega necklace, or even just a beautiful necklace of her choice. You can even change out the fastening device to two jewelry rings that have to be fixed with a pair of pliars if you want it to be permanent.
