He is EVIL! heh. i had knee surgery 2 years ago, and the PT woman came in and said "ok, i need to see how flexible your other knee is, to compare". i can hyperextend my knees (they lock bent "backwards" a bit, rather than a true straight...about 15 degrees, she said). then i lifted the non-repaired leg and pulled my foot to my chest. she didnt give me any exercises to do. [:D] the repaired knee will now flex the same as the non-repaired one. i'm happy. kitten PS... i think part of the flexibility issues is genetic. some people's tendons are tighter than others....oh and bellydancing can improve flexibility too.
