1) are you talking about healed piercings and puting a straight bar through afterwards or just getting them pierced with one bar?
inner labia is very very flexible and quite often you need a solid ring in the piercing otherwise it can stretch and the ball can get pulled right through the hole.(especially when you include the mechanical stresses that would be a result of the one bar two piercings.
now if you already have the two piercings. (of course you can easily tie them together)
but once the piercings are healed (about a month given proper healing technique and bodies individual abilities) you can simply put the single barbell in. you can leave it in for awhile and see how it does how comfortable and how practical it is.
2) also take into consideration your personal body. depending on the size of your inner lips and if they are big enough to come out further then your outter lips. as well as other dimensions and of course the dimensions of the jewlery. that really effects the comfort and practicality of doing this.
