Hi everyone,

Im posting this for my sister who is having a bit of a dilemma. She's an 8-8.5 E-width shoe size and she cant seem to find a single pair of shoes that fit her feet after going shoe shopping a couple of times in Vancouver. Shes getting very discouraged and I think she may have to join a support group for "large footed women" if this keeps up.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone who lives in the Vancouver area (or shops there) knows of any shoe stores where she can buy a nice pair of shoes for school and work in an E width.

Thanks,

~ I.D.

i'm sorry I can't help you with shopping in Canada, but maybe she could shop online, googling wide width shoes; I know www.torrid.com sells shoes that say D width, but they run wide; www.leslieonline.com, www.nordstrom.com, etc. M

Has she tried Naturalizer? I know they cater to a variety of shoe sizes. That is the only one that I can think of Nationwide. If they don't have what she is looking for, they probably know who does.

There is a store here in Montreal and I googled them and believe it or not, they have a site online. Then again, you can always take a road trip here!

Size ranges that Tony Shoes carries

In small sizes we have ladies starting at size 4 and men's starting at size 5.
In narrow widths we have ladies starting at 4A and men's at B.
In wide widths we have ladies up to 2E and men's to 5E.
In children shoes we carry size 17 - 36 European (baby 3 to boys 6) and widths ranging from C to G.

Can I tell you that they also have exceptional shoes! And the service is exceptional. My mom bought my very first pair of MaryJanes there when I was a wee little baby and I still stop in from time to time and I can't seem to leave without buying a pair. We all have our addictions ;)
