Take a few deep breaths, then inhale deeply and squeeze your insides. That always works for me. Don't do it too long or you might pass out though

Aw sweety, ya poor thing. Hiccups are a bitch. Try stretching up as far as you can get. Hold it as long as you can then relax. Do this a few times.
