Personally, I'd reccomend against using duct tape as a bondage aid, *especially* on naked skin, and especially then if you've got hair.

though i use a way that i personaly find a little simpler.
Fold the rope in half, wrap around your waist holding the folded end of the rope infront.
pass the two loose ends through the loop created by the folded end of the rope, and pull the two loose ends down wich should tighten the rope around the waist, make sure it's comfortable then run the two ends through your legs up between your buttox, under the rope around the back of your waist and back down and through your legs to the front where you can tie it off, like a simple thong harness.
Though i might have to check out subnstudent's way :)
