after not having "play-time" for a long couple of weeks, my slave and i enjoyed a nice weekend of  play and my slave receiving rather vigorous anal strap on action.

plenty of lube was used , and other than both of us being slightly more agressive than usual, everything was the same as usual.  only this time my slave commented that he felt like the strap on had pushed something inside him out of its normal place and and it felt strange.

a day later he still says he can feel it inside isnt back to normal.  he's been able to go to the toilet, but he stıll says somethıng isnt right.

there was no bleeding or pain, just the discomfort.
any ideas if this is normal? or if there's something we can do to avoid problems in the future?

This is when you go to the hospital and make sure he doesn't have a tiny tear or something. These things do happen, even during "normal" play.

i was concerned about that. the problem is that he's had to return to the middle of nowhere for work where hospital visits arent easy to find.  if the discomfort goes away, could it still be something i should be concerned about?

I've always been afraid of something like this happening.  while in on the topic.  does anyone know of a kink friendly doctor in İstanbul Turkey?

depending on the size and length of the insert-able and the position there could be a injury to the prostate or peritoneum that feeds the intestines like a bruise or a small tear causing the discomfort this does happen it would be a good idea for him to consult a MD at least on the phone and explain the problem to get a professional opinion happily collared by LadyPact

thanks for all your advice.  coca says he feels completely normal now, but this has woken me up to the fact that even though i am soooo careful there could be problems, so from now on ill be careful.  plus hes going to keep an eye on things still.
