Hello there, i started a while back making bits and peices, nothing impressive, when i started out playing more with bondage.

I know it's always good to have proffesionaly made equipment and im growing a small collection but still always find myself thinking of ways to make this and that.

I was wondering if there are people out there that have made, or invented home made BDSM equipment that they have really enjoyed using, or even the home made miss haps.

Id love to know :)

Yup, I think most of us make our own stuff to some degree or another. Especially St. Andrews cross and spanking benches. For the most part it costs to much to ship the bondage furniture and most of its fairly simple.

The x made me a wireless remote control box that ran some vibs and a shocker.  It had four buttons, each leading to a different action and could be delivered into action from a distance of around 50 ft.
One button signaled a buzzer, followed by a shock.  Two other buttons turned on a remote control egg.  The last was diabolical.  It was simply a buzzer.  But in my head, even though it was only noise, I also felt shock.
He was a sick and creative man.
I need another one.

I wish I knew how to make it!  He and I still work together and I asked him once if he would make me another but I fear it would come with strings attached.  He still makes passes even though he has chosen the nilla route.  And it is my goal to resist being the other woman.
I wish I had his brain though.  He was a wiz at everything.

Sartan's working with leather website was an incredible resource for me ten years ago. It taught me some design basics and I moved on from there. I do encourage people to try thier hand at crafting. Even if only to learn what quality gear is really worth-and why.

I enjoy making my own floggers (I use rope for mine, but leather is available at crafts stores).  It's not that difficult, and wayyyyyy cheaper than the less durable one that I had bought previously.

Your X sounds like a psych major...we learned terribly nasty things from the "father of Behavioralism" B.F. Skinner.  My degree in psychology comes in very handy in this lifestyle, but to put together a little device like that is great (though I'm more of a humanist...it never hurts  much to delve over to the "dark side" of behavioralism for some fun).  Very cool device though!
