I have now uploaded to my personal FTP space a little item that I consider to be one of the best resources I have seen in a long time. It's health, it doesn't deal with safety, but I figured it goes here. Of course it does have to do with staying alive, so maybe it does have to do with safety in a way. I have it saved in more than one place and really I don't know where any disks of it may be, so since I pay every month I figured I would use my FTP to back it up.

It is small, perhaps 128K total. There are 20 some odd webpages in it and it is all text based. The pictures are stripped, but they are not needed. It is excerpts from a book I wish I could buy, but it doesn't seem to be available, so from my internet cache :

You will have to unzip the file to a folder and access it via ~INDEX.HTM. It is about minerals and what they do in the body. Clicking on each one opens a new window, so when you are done you close it out and hit the next one.

It is a small file, there isn't even room for a virus, but feel free to scan it. If anyone wants to discuss it fine, but I think it's a good read. Whoever wrote it certainly knows how to be clear and succinct. I consider it a very valuable resource and those naysayers who always need cites, they are there at the end of each section. They give references to published medical journals and stuff like that.

What happened was that someone mailed me wanting to discuss my views on the subject so I zipped it and sent it via normal email, at that time I realized that I do not really know where the backup is so I decided I would use an offsite backup, my FTP. But that's a good thing for everybody interested in the subject of mineral deficiency.

Actually there may be some here who actually do know it all already, but this is meaty and they could still learn something maybe. It's the thickest 128K of text I have seen in a long time. Also, you can't get it anymore. The only place in the world to get it is from my FTP right now.

It is a highly suggested read. There is no opinion in it, nor stories, it is all text and all about what certain minerals do in your body, that is all. Take your time reading it, it moves along pretty fast.

The cites are there, this is not the Protocols Of The Elders Of Zion, it is excerpts from a book that was sold in Austrailia years ago. There is no information on just who wrote it and if you don't want to read it for that reason, then be like that. But I'll tell you this, some of the cites at the end of each section, I researched and they came up valid. Google found the American Journal of medicine and other publications like that.

I do not care who wrote it, except that I would mind shaking their hand and giving them the money and getting the whole book.

Before anyone disputes this, READ IT. I think you'll agree. AFTER that is the time for discussion.

Get it while the gettin's good. Eventually that FTP will be full and something will have to go.
