I think going through some very strenuous preparatory procedures, such as have been suggested here, is a very good idea. This lifestyle is littered with subs left behind when 'lifetime' commitments broke up specifically because they did what their D wanted, and then -well, then he didn't like the result. I'm an alcoholic. My AAOnline homegroup is a group just for people in this lifestyle. I am reminded of a slave on there who had a slip when her Master decided that she would be able to drink normally if he was controlling her drinking. So she would only drink when they were out to dinner together, and he would order her a nice glass of wine. Guess how long that lasted? Soon she was lying, stealing, and hiding her bottles in the bathroom. (because that is what active alkies do. Just like taking a dump is what someone with diarrhea does.) Of course he had to release her. She was lying, stealing, hiding things and disobeying him... Think through the consequences of your decisions before you act on them. I am not saying that the two of you will not chose this course of action, but, I know how long a year seems, but it is not that long. It is maybe a good time to start the explorations - see the psche, try the meds, do lots of research, ect. Good luck.

oooooooooooooooo. Ok, that Master, is an idiot and obviously did not completely understand addiction. Yeah she lied and stuff, but the way I am looking at it, is that he is responsible for leading her back to the bottle. The same reason why you don't take someone with an gambling addiction to a casino, good grief! had to get my temper in check before I replied.

I wouldn't worry about liking him after surgery---I would want HIM to know the long term health risks and changes to his body! ~eyeroll~ or just try saltpeter..........

He'll still be straight, afterwards, you're not amputating his brain. Other than that, you'll find plenty of surgeons in various Asian countries that will do this for a good amount of money. If he is hell bent to have this happen, put him on a plane to one of these countries, and have him work it through the local community, there are plenty of extreme Western lads out there. You should NOT be there, because if he has second thoughts in a few years' time, you may find yourself on the receiving end of a major lawsuit, or possibly even in jail.

If the cancer has spread to the testicles, then chances are the cancer is also elsewhere in the body. (lost 2 uncles and a cousin to prostate cancer)
