Hello everyone, and thank you for reading and/or posting a response!

I'm extremely new to the scene, and I have NO experience regarding D/s or bdsm... I am up for the challenge of learning and training! Consider me a blank slate...!

I have an affinity for domination, and I've been told I'm very good at it, although I didn't realize at the time I was doing it...!! I'm curious about switching... And any kind of training, educational sites... anything anyone knows about would be so helpful...

I've visited the Castle Realm... and steel-door.com... From there... I feel like there's so much information, I really don't know where to find the safe and educated info regarding this scene...??

I'm searching for a group of people, links, socials, clubs, etc... almost anything where I can ask questions, observe and learn... I love a variety of opinions, and from them with my own persona I'd like to develop a style that is my own...

I live in the NoVa (Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. metro area) if anyone knows about places, groups, activities, etc. around here... I'd love to hear about it!!!

Awesome weekend for this, BESS, the Baltimore group (my group), is holding their "Exploratorium" tomorrow night at the Crucible in DC, specifically geared towards novices in the scene. We'll then be having a cash auction at 10 for Katrina support.

The big DC group is Black Rose, but there's lots of things to do at clubs and bars in NOVA, DC and MD just about any night of the week.

The details:

Exploratorium from 8:00 - 9:30
